Commercial venting and access skylights are ideal for providing both natural light and ventilation into the core of a building’s interior. Commercial venting skylights are designed for flat roof usage and are available for curb mounted installations. They are available in glass or acrylic versions.
The Metro-Lite commercial roof access skylight is a durable venting skylight with egress capabilities. The skylight is especially well-suited for flat roof access in light commercial spaces and high density housing. Metro-Lite commercial skylights are constructed of a heavy-duty welded aluminum hatch with a mill finish, and are insulated with a heavy wall white 1 1/8” PVC curb liner, providing a full thermal break for maximum energy efficiency. The acrylic double dome is available in clear over clear, clear over white, white over clear and bronze over clear.
Designed for curb mounted installations, the electric venting commercial skylight is the ideal natural lighting solution for overhead applications. It brings in natural light and with the touch of a button, opens to let in fresh air. If you forget to close it, it also closes automatically in case of rain. This skylight comes with a pre-installed concealed motor, control system, and two rain sensors that automatically close your skylight during inclement weather. It opens and closes quickly and quietly from anywhere in the room using a standard slimline remote control, included with your purchase. As an added bonus, this skylight meets Energy Star approval guidelines for energy efficiency in all climatic regions of the United States. This skylight also comes in a manual model as well.
Our louvered CAP commercial skylight is built using a one-piece aluminum curb with three seamless vertical corners. Louvered vents are installed on the curb walls, and provide excellent ventilation in unheated spaces. The louvered CAP commercial skylight is constructed on a welded aluminum insulated polyisocyanurate curb that is fire rated for safety. It also contains weep holes to drain condensation to the outside along with polyurethane thermal breaks. The standard curb height for the louvered CAP skylight is 9”. Custom curb heights between 9” and 15” are also available.
