Located in South Central Pennsylvania, Conservation Concepts, Inc. was founded in 1980 by company president Mark A. Whitmoyer. From the beginning, Mark followed his conservation convictions by designing and building energy-saving passive solar homes and additions. His innovative methods were recognized when he was asked to work with the Pennsylvania Governors Energy Council to develop and conduct seminars and workshops on solar energy and energy conservation throughout the state.

As the company evolved it has retained Mark's original energy-saving emphasis.   The products that we offer promote conservation of energy while also enhancing quality of life. 

The original concept of energy conservation is just as appropriate today as 25 years ago when Mark began this unique organization.
